Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Qualify leads and present solutions to B2B clients across North Carolina
- Exceed monthly sales targets with performance-based bonuses
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate client records and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Attend daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions for skill development
- Track KPIs including conversion rates and average deal size
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace tools
