Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
- Present tailored product demonstrations showcasing our SaaS platform's ROI to C-suite executives
- Execute full sales cycles from discovery to contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and CRM pipeline management
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Develop deep industry expertise to position solutions against competitors
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products preferred
- Proven track record of achieving 110%+ sales quota consistently
- Expertise in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Self-motivated personality with hunter mentality and resilience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
