Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the Kansas City area.
- Client Consultation: Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Product Demos: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential buyers.
- Deal Closure: Navigate the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately log all interactions, pipeline activities, and forecasting data in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other sales automation software.
- Goal Orientation: Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Availability: Must be willing to work a full-time schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed for client meetings.
