Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and convert prospects via phone, email, and CRM outreach during night shift hours
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Manage sales pipeline in HubSpot/Salesforce with accurate documentation and follow-ups
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless customer handoffs and account continuity
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
- Maintain 95%+ call activity and 25+ qualified demos per shift
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work 8 PM - 5 AM CT (Monday-Friday)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals remotely
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management in independent work settings
- Experience working in night shift or rotational schedules preferred
- Valid work authorization for US employment
- College degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
