Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into paying customers using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle client inquiries effectively
- Report on sales metrics and pipeline activity to the sales leadership team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and identify opportunities
