Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify enterprise prospects via cold calling, email sequences, and digital outreach
- Develop tailored sales presentations demonstrating ROI for complex software solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling methodologies
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with product teams to refine value propositions and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity reports in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and continuous skills training
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with enterprise SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual revenue preferred)
- Expertise in consultative selling and value-based negotiation techniques
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
