Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients to determine their needs.
- Present our products and services to potential customers in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system to track progress and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior sales experience necessary; full training is provided.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone voice.
