Apex Logistics & Sales is currently seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to join our night shift team in Seattle, WA. We are expanding our operations and are looking for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering excellence to our clients.
As a key member of our night operations, you will be responsible for managing local routes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through direct sales and service.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes during assigned night shifts to deliver products and services to local businesses.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct on-site sales presentations, product demonstrations, and handle customer inquiries immediately.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate delivery documentation and paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure a 5-star service experience.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize routes and manage schedule changes.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, route sales, or customer service.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while driving.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
