- Proactively qualify and convert inbound leads into closed deals through consultative selling techniques
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for enterprise clients in SaaS and tech sectors
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ call activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and value propositions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast reporting
- Present product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs and pain points
- Drive cross-sell opportunities to expand account value
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with demonstrable quota achievement (120%+ target fulfillment)
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles and value-based selling methodologies
- Proficiency with sales automation tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
