Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the local Dallas market through direct outreach and networking.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand local competition and identify gaps in the market for our products.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to decision-makers in various industries.
- Contract Negotiation: Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts that align with company goals and client needs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (essential for outside sales fieldwork).
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Self-Starter: High level of motivation, independence, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
