Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build rapport with prospective clients while articulating product value propositions
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling approaches
- Document client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
- Participate in weekly training sessions and sales performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
