Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to potential clients to secure appointments.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding new customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure high levels of customer engagement.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management is preferred but not required (we train the right attitude).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- High level of self-motivation and a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel (if applicable).
