Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling to meet daily targets.
- Manage inventory and stock shelves accurately during weekend shifts.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
