Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels
- Present product solutions to C-level decision-makers via video/phone
- Exceed monthly sales quotas using Salesforce.com
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization
- Close 15+ deals monthly with 25%+ close rate
- Document all client interactions in CRM with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficient in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with hunter mentality
- Willingness to support Texas expansion (relocation assistance available)
