Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking within the local Tampa community.
- Client Engagement: Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close sales contracts, meeting and exceeding monthly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong ability to set, track, and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Tampa office or hybrid model.
