Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Execute in-store promotions and visual merchandising initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team to optimize store operations and inventory management

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in retail/sales with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency with sales tools (CRM, POS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for Miami market
