Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Present our products and services to prospective clients through compelling demonstrations.
- Handle inbound leads and inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upselling.
- Manage a daily sales pipeline using our CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Proficiency with technology and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
