Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads within the assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate solutions to potential clients, effectively managing the sales pipeline from lead to close.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine outreach strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
