Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Develop customized solutions to client needs while maintaining product knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic account management
- Document all activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with consultative approach
- Excellent written/verbal communication and active listening
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
