Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads using established scripts.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by asking targeted questions to determine their needs.
- Schedule and manage meetings with prospective clients and account managers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as required.
