Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Generate new leads through cold calling and email outreach to potential clients in the local area.
- Client Communication: Engage with prospects via phone and email to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
- Demo Delivery: Conduct product demonstrations and explain value propositions to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in our Salesforce CRM.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales within the established parameters to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Follow-Up: Manage the follow-up process to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- CRM Proficiency: Basic familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
