Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communication channels to identify sales opportunities.
- Present products and services with enthusiasm, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve sales strategies.
- Document customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous sales experience (retail, call center, or door-to-door) is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
