Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Develop customized solutions to address client needs and close sales
- Manage CRM pipeline with 20+ weekly prospecting activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Present product demonstrations to enterprise clients
- Maintain 95% activity compliance in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record exceeding $500K in annual sales
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel quarterly for NYC team retreats
