Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage high-value potential clients in the Charlotte metropolitan area.
- Present product demonstrations and effective sales pitches to prospective customers, highlighting key benefits and ROI.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and account management.
- Collaborate with the regional sales director to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Accurately maintain and update client records in our CRM system.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales or commission-based sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Self-motivated individual with a hunger for success and high energy levels.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
