Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required for top performers).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but we train winners.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
