Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies.
- Manage and nurture a high-volume pipeline of leads using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative within a team setting.
