Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads in a B2B environment.
- Engage potential clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Close sales over the phone while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update and manage customer data accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quota requirements.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting performance goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
