Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling and email outreach.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to identify needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Close sales opportunities and meet individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, call center, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals.
