Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients, highlighting value and benefits.
- Identify and understand customer needs to tailor solutions and close sales effectively.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Continuously learn product knowledge and sales techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM or similar).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
