Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through CRM platforms and targeted outreach campaigns
- Present product solutions to key decision-makers across multiple industries
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Utilize Salesforce.com for accurate pipeline management and reporting
- Participate in quarterly sales training and competitive product knowledge sessions
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients to drive account growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
