Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying clients through outbound calling and email campaigns
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for enterprise clients
- Analyze sales data to identify market trends and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise in our SaaS offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in enterprise-level deals ($50K+)
- Self-motivated night owl with ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
