Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with qualified leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present complex software solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demos
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Manage CRM pipeline with precision and provide weekly performance insights
- Develop deep expertise in our SaaS platform to address client objections
- Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen negotiation skills
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with verifiable quota attainment
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical solutions
- Strong time management and organization abilities in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise accounts
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in commission-based roles
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel quarterly for team meetings
