Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking within the local Cleveland market.
- Conduct professional product presentations and needs assessments to identify customer pain points.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts within established guidelines and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
