Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to generate interest in our products and services.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions, update customer records, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to potential clients to address their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and refine sales strategies and pitch scripts.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
