Responsibilities
- Lead Acquisition: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities in the Virginia Beach and Texas regions.
- Needs Analysis: Consultative selling approach to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Closing & Negotiation: Effectively handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately log client interactions and pipeline activities in our Salesforce CRM to ensure data integrity.
- Market Expansion: Research and identify new market segments to drive revenue growth.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
