Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours to maximize sales conversions
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions accurately
- Apply product knowledge to upsell/cross-sell merchandise and meet sales targets
- Manage inventory reconciliation and store presentation standards nightly
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless store operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work flexible evening/night shifts (PM-AM)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic tech literacy
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during low-traffic periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
