Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads within the Minneapolis and Illinois territories.
- Qualify leads, identify customer pain points, and demonstrate how our solutions provide value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
