Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new enterprise clients through strategic prospecting in San Jose's tech corridor
- Develop customized solution pitches and close high-value contracts ($50k+ average deal size)
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast with 95% accuracy
- Collaborate with product team to provide market feedback and influence product roadmap
- Host quarterly client workshops to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Maintain industry expertise through quarterly tech certification programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with $500k+ annual quota attainment
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in SaaS or technology sector
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proposal tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
