Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop personalized outreach strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle technical objections
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with 30%+ conversion rate
- Attend weekly sales training and quarterly off-site retreats
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets ($500K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone with flexible hours
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid Arizona driver's license (10% travel to Phoenix HQ)
