Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new B2B clients during evening hours across the Houston metropolitan area
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts with C-level decision-makers
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate client data and track sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Attend mandatory weekly evening training sessions and sales strategy meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven B2B outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Strong track record in closing enterprise-level deals ($50K+ average deal size)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with ability to work independently
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and occasional weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS, industrial equipment, or energy sector sales highly desirable
