Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Conduct consultative product demonstrations showcasing our SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while exceeding monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics using Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Participate in continuous training to master product knowledge and advanced negotiation techniques
- Represent our brand at industry events and conferences to generate new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales experience (internships, retail, or customer service welcomed)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred but not required)
- Resilient mindset with demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
