Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Actively engage with customers via phone and email to identify needs and close sales opportunities effectively.
- Meet Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty.
- Process Management: Accurately document all interactions and sales transactions within the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and competitive market analysis to effectively educate customers.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team and management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Residency: Must reside within New York, NY.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to succeed and a proven track record of meeting goals.
