Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Present product solutions to potential clients through customized demos
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets with consistent follow-up and closing techniques
- Document all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
