Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to identify their specific needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Close sales over the phone, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track and record all customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service (B2C or B2B).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outbound calls.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
