Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly sales quotas for assigned product portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
