Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to present tailored solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consistent prospecting
- Document all interactions in CRM system and provide weekly pipeline reports
- Participate in team training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings
