Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions, update customer data, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Build a robust pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a passion for learning new products.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
