Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain features and benefits to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Track daily sales activities, report progress, and analyze performance metrics to meet KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local field activities.
