Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and book qualified meetings.
- Manage and qualify inbound inquiries received during weekend hours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday sales team to ensure seamless lead handoffs and campaign optimization.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPI targets and quota requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and persuasive negotiation.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
