Job Summary:
As our Weekend Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals within your designated territory. You will act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, building relationships that drive revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize CRM tools and outbound strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the San Antonio market and surrounding Virginia territories.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, finalize sales, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Accurately record sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline data in the company’s sales system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays) as required by business needs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Location: Currently based in or willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX.
